All new clients are required to start with a customized Training Foundations program. Your program will cover the basics and allow you to lay a foundation of functional training with your dog. The time frame ranges between four and six weeks depending on goals and any behavioral concerns.

Four Week Program
The four week program is designed for puppies and dogs four months of age and older with no behavioral concerns. Your curriculum may include crate training, house training, manners, confidence building, leash walking, basic obedience, foundations of off-leash obedience, Canine Good Citizen test preparation, and more.

Cost: $600.
Includes four in-home lessons and customized training plan.

Six Week Program
For dogs with behavioral concerns, the program requirement extends to six weeks of lessons. Behavioral concerns can include reactivity, fear, separation anxiety, and more.

Cost: $900.
Includes six in-home lessons and customized training plan.

Your Training Foundations program will lay the groundwork for you to achieve your goals with your dog and continued private lessons are welcomed to advance and maintain your training. Private lessons can be scheduled on a regular basis or as needed and can take place either in-home or public locations.

Group walks and classes are open to all Rocket Powered Canine clients. This is a great opportunity for you to connect with other dog owners while providing your dog with physical exercise, mental stimulation, and proper socialization. Accommodations can be made for dogs that are in need of extra space.

Cost: $35-$60 per dog depending on session type

The American Kennel Club’s Canine Good Citizen program trains and tests dogs in important basic life skills and manners. Rocket Powered Canine offers training for test preparation and conducts tests for AKC Canine Good Citizen, AKC Community Canine, and AKC Urban CGC.
